Abigail Eckstrom is an animator and illustrator located in central Massachusetts.  Her work is concerned with capturing atmospheric environments and subtle shifts in emotion.  For her, animation is the most captivating way to explore how her surroundings impact her thoughts, emotions, and memories.  In short, she draws a lot of houses, people, and people in houses.

 

When she’s not gallivanting all over New England, she can be found rereading Little Women, reorganizing the furniture in her room, or daydreaming about making a pot of tea in a quaint cottage overlooking mist-covered rolling hills.
